I got the job 6 weeks ago.
I am a manager in huge -luxury resort. I used to work in small hotel and thought it could be good career move.
But I don’l like the atmosphere there – stress, fear and constant evaluation.
I am getting really anxious almost every day.
The major reason is permanent anxiety, it is propably too much for me.
I am still in propational period.
I am thinking about quitting the job.
But what reason I should use, they won’t understand for them is normal to make the employees feel fearfull and they don’t forget to remind me if i won’t perform they will kick me off..

help with cheap luxury vaca to thailand?
