1)Cut commisions for realtors. The real estate brokers have a virtual union with a set 6% commision rate. This drives up prices and does not add value to homes. Should realtors really make so much commission?

2)Turn some highways into toll roads to support the government to maintain the highways, bridges etc. This should be a temporary measure in most cases.

3)Get corporations out of high schools. They are ruining the health of our children. Schools should be able to survive without corporations influence.

4)Get rid of off shore tax haven status for corproations. When it comes to being American, you are either with the people and government of the United States or you are not.

5) Encourage reverse stock splits. Why? Because some mutual funds follow regulations that do not allow them to invest in companies with stock values below $10. Sounds crazy but look it up. This is keeping some investment institutions from considering putting money in some of the hard hit companies. Who needs companies with billions of shares anyways. It doesn’t spread the wealth.

6) Promote a worldwide decrease in population through smaller families. The catch is at the same time offer more free movement to people to promote human resources where they are needed. Reducing the world population is only a positive event. We will get more freedom, see less production and a cleaner environment.

7) Turn Guantanamo Bay into a luxury resort which generates money for the US government. It would eventually lead to change in Cuba as well.
