Party like it’s the 1M PIC had guessed it at June 3rd, 2009. However, sadly, she’s had a family crisis and had to jet to Oopsville.

Section 8; Chapter 11, p943, paragraph 51, sentence 4 in the PIC official rulebook states: “All door prise winners must be present to collect their prise(s). In the event of absense, prises will be given to the next closest winner at the time of awarding.”

I was unable to give out door prises yesterday due to technical difficulties which have been resolved.

Lil came in at June 2, 2009 for the PIC 1M prediction, only one day off, and wins the 2nd door prise.
