I’m trying to sell a Condo for a friend of the family. He has listed it with a few real estate agents but they seem to be unable to accomplish the task, so he has allowed me try and sell it in return for a commission. His condo is in the new Cap Cana resort in the Dominican Republic (the one Donald Trump is involved with) and it’s located on a Marina with clear views of the Caribbean and right on the beach as well.
