What a great place to get married !!

Here’s some research tools to help you:

Official tourism website of Costa Rica :

Send them an email – they should be very helpful and give you first hand tips on organising a beach wedding

Here’s a list of resorts/hotels which may be useful. Guests can book online, which makes things easier:

    Costa Rica :
    Jaco :http://www.cheaperthanhotels.com/Costa-Rica/Jaco/
    Puntarenas :http://www.cheaperthanhotels.com/Costa-Rica/Puntarenas/
    San Jose :http://www.cheaperthanhotels.com/Costa-Rica/San-Jose–CR-/

    Spanish Site :http://www.hotelsespanol.com/Costa-Rica/
    San Jose :http://www.cheaperthanhotels.com/Costa-Rica/San-Jose–CR-/

Most of the hotels have children facilities, but just check on the descriptions.

Hope this gives you some ideas

hello… well, i could tell you about a small resort called Ylang Ylang Beach Resort. is at montezuma. great place for everyone all ages. the small town, the beach, the rivers, waterfalls… the place is great. also at the Marriott los suenos. the herradura bay is amazing. an evening, sunset wedding there is outstanding. i was the driver for a couple of weddings at this 2 places. they were really happy. kids and adults

The two best are Los Suenos Marriott and the Four Seasons Guanacaste. Nothing else even comes close. The pool is nicer than the beach at Los Suenos, so maybe the Four Seasons is your place.

Los Suenos Marriott Hotel Beach & Golf Resort near Jaco is a very nice place.

Hotel Diria in Tamarindo Beach on the west coast of CR would be perfect for you!

Its on the beach and only $50.00 per night for a FIRST CLASS HOTEL with all the amenities that you would ever want!

Three Huge tropical/exotic swimming pools and a Buffet Breakfast with three long tables of nothing but the best breakfast foods that you could possibly imagine or choose from.

They have Tourist attractions all over the place!

Been there twice and will be going there again!

    Good Luck and Enjoy!

    VIVA LA PURA VIDA!

Marriott Los Suenos for SURE! I am a corporate meeting and event planner. I booked this hotel for our last Winter Meeting. OUTSTANDING! Incidentally, there were two weddings during our stay there. Both were right on the beach with the ocean and marina right in the background. The hotel banquet and catering staff were a dream to work with. Plus, they speak English very well, so no barriers there. That’s the last thing you want if you’re trying to plan an event as special as this! Email me if you need further info!

Paradisus Playa Conchal, best beach- only white sand one- in Northern Guanacaste.

my friends were married there, hotel arranged it all.
Punta Islita or Ylang Ylang in Montezuma are ‘cooler’ choices.
There is an open sewer pip on the beach in front of the Diria in Tamarindo.
and you DEFINITELY dont want to spend your honeymoon in Tamarindo!!!

If you’re looking for an amazing sunset wedding, you should look into Villa Caletas, that’s near Jaco…so a close drive in from the city. It’s very romantic and I’ve been to several amazing weddings there… highly recommend it!
